The system of record

Real estate,
on the record.

Bloomberg became the operating system of financial markets, built on records it never had to own: exchanges, clearing houses, depositories. Real estate has no such record. Acinie is building it: the system of record, and the operating system, for how the world’s largest asset class is bought, financed, leased and insured.

What Acinie is

One identity. One record. One place the deal is done.

Real estate is the largest asset class on earth, and it runs on disconnected systems: the tools exist, but they sit in silos and email is the glue. Every deal rebuilds the same facts from scratch, and nothing, not a building, not a deal, keeps a permanent identity or a shared record. Acinie is the infrastructure that fixes this, in three layers.

01

The identifier

Address keys already exist; they tell you where. This resolves what: the titles, charges, leases and units that make up one asset, held as one identity for the whole of its life.

02

The graph

Assets, interests, documents and parties, all linked. Every fact attaches to the identity, carries its source, and accretes over time.

03

The deal room

Where transactions are actually done, on the record: negotiated, executed and remembered, with every party verified.

Underwrite once, rely many.A professional’s report is issued once and relied on by every party to the deal, instead of being bought four times over.

Why now

Provenance is the next big play

As AI accelerates, machine-made information grows faster than anyone can check it. Trust shifts from what is said to what can be proven.

AI makes words cheap

Generated text, images and models scale without limit. Volume is no longer evidence.

Provenance grows scarce

The valuable thing becomes an attributed, resolved record of what is true and who stands behind it.

The record is the moat

Acinie is built to own that proof for the built world: the one thing AI cannot manufacture for itself.

Where it leads

The building’s record

Regulation is moving one way: information about buildings is being required to be seen. Safety records, control interests, cover, tenure, debt and performance are each being pushed into the open, and each lands somewhere different.

Bound to one identity, they stop being scattered disclosures and become the building’s permanent, provenance-bearing record: assembled once, kept current, and trusted for the life of the asset. That record is what Acinie exists to hold.
